WHAF World Cup 2023 Qualifier Event – Group 5:

  • Competition days: 24 – 26 of June 2022

 

 

  • Horse selection and training: Thursday: 23th of June 2022 

 

 

  • Competition fee:
    • 400€ per competitor include horse renting, t-shirt and meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch
    • 50€ per additional person including meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch
    • If You bring Your own horse, competition fee is 290€ including meals from Thursday dinner to Sunday lunch.

 

  • Sleeping options: 

Hotels closest to the AMM Horseback Archery Center:

If You want to book, please contact then yourself. For the competitors is preparing 10% discount to the regular price. 

Camping in Stable: Bring your own tents or campers and use the Equestrian facilities 10€ per day. 

 

  • Horse stay: 

Paddock option – bring your own electric fans – 10€/day hay included (discounts if you bring more than 2 horse horses or you will stay more than 4 days – 8€ per day per horse.) 

 

  • Insurance

All riders and private horses should have their own insurance. 

 

  • Payment

The whole amount has to be paid on the arrival day. All methods of paying we will send You, by confirmation e-mail.

 

  • Airport or train station pick up

Please in case you need to understand the best way to arrive at the equestrian center or need to be picked up, contact: ammarchery@gmail.com and we will organize depending on the needs.

 

  • SCHEDULE:

 23th of June – Thursday

    • 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm – choosing horses
      (please notice that this time is only for those who have to choose a horse for themselves)
    • 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm – training time
      (for competitors who come with their own horses to the competitions place)
    • 7:00 pm – briefing

24th of June – Friday

    • 10:00 am – 3:00 pm – Kassai Style – 9 runs 99 meters

25th of June – Saturday

    • 11:00 am – 3:00 pm – Serial Shot

26th of June – Sunday

    • 11:00 am – 3:00 pm – Qabaq
    • 4:30 pm – 5:00 pm – Closing ceremony
