We are happy to welcome you to Podlasie (Podlaskie Voivodeship) – one of the most unique and green regions of Poland, known for its forests, traditional culture, and peaceful nature. The competition will take place at Podlaskie Museum of Folk Culture in Wasilków, just next to Białystok.

Białystok is the capital city of the region, a modern and friendly city with a strong sporting spirit. It offers a good selection of hotels, restaurants, shopping centers, and easy access by car or train from Warsaw. The venue itself is located in a quiet, natural area, making it a perfect place for horses, training, and international competition.

Entry limit

➡️ Maximum of 3 athletes per country in Group A and 3 athletes per country in Group B.

Additionally, an OPEN classification will be available, allowing participation of athletes from countries not included in the Grand Prix Series (subject to capacity and horse availability).

The competition will be conducted in accordance with IHAA rules.

Entry fee – €200

Polish National Team (Kadra Polski): 300 PLN

Polish Athletes (OPEN classification): 600 PLN

Horses

• Polish athletes: competing with their own horses
• International athletes: horses provided by the organizer (limited availability)
• Horse rental (3 competition days): €180

Options available:

• Early arrival
• Additional training sessions: €25 per training (1h) – max 2 times per day 
• Training days with Masters: €120 per day (more info soon)
• Horse standing / stable place: €10 per day

Accommodation & Meals

Accommodation: on your own.
There is a hotel right next to the stable (approx. 100m). We have pre-reserved rooms for competitors (20 places) for two weeks, but athletes must book and pay individually. We will provide full details by email.

There is a restaurant next to the stable (approx. 100m) where competitors receive a 10% discount. Additionally, on Saturday evening we will host a banquet for all athletes.
